Payroll Resource

Location: Mission Viejo, CA

Hours: Full Time



Overview

We are presently seeking a talented and energetic Payroll Resource to play a key role in our growing company, as it serves the needs of our rapidly-expanding heath care services client base across the United States. The Payroll Resource will have a variety of routine and non-routine payroll functions for several facilities. This position is based in ESI's South Orange County Service Center in Mission Viejo, CA.



Personality Attributes:

  • Superior customer service skills
  • Proven track record with payroll systems setup, testing and report writing
  • Strong knowledge of rules and regulations of multi-state taxation
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under time constraints
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of payroll experience.
  • CPP Certification a plus
  • Prior experience with payroll software
  • Workday software experience a plus
  • Payroll accounting experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn new system with ease
