Accounts Payable Coordinator (Eagle, ID)
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator who will take ownership of their position. As part of our Accounts Payable group, you will be a key member of a visible, accessible and dedicated service team in a rewarding and high-energy work environment. You will share responsibility for supporting field and Service Center personnel, helping them to function at peak efficiency and work in compliance with applicable laws.

About the Position:

We are seeking a part-time team member to work in our Accounts Payable department.  This position will work approximately 20 hours a week assisting our AP team in the afternoons.  The position may also cross-train with the payroll department to provide coverage in that area when necessary. The responsibilities include collating, batching, coding verification and data entry of accounts payable invoices. This position also requires check processing, and other general duties.

Requirements:
* Minimum two years’ work experience in Accounts Payable
* Strong attention to details, thoroughness, organization, intermediate Excel, strong 10 key and knowledge of Great Plains a plus
* Ability to process high volume of invoices daily
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
*Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under time constraints
* Ability to manage diverse personalities with superior customer service skills

Preferences:
* Microsoft Great Plains experience
