Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical Tier 1 LMS Customer service support for our LMS system (Relias) members as needed.  
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to frame and deliver communication professionally and tailored to the audience.
  • Analyze symptoms or origin of the learner’s issue(s) and determine the underlying problem(s) that is/are keeping them from completing their training.
  • Provide troubleshooting support utilizing all available resources such as training, guides, configuration, process documentation, and peers.
  • Experience working with help desk ticketing systems such as Zendesk (responding, assigning, closing and following up on ticket requests; volume average fluctuates up or down based on department initiatives and training cycles).
  • Demonstrates willingness and ability to collaborate across departments and projects, when indicated or requested. 
  • Ability to multi-task as needed working on ad hoc assignments as time permits. Ex. Creation of Constant Contact Newsletters, PDF editing or Excel Reports. 
  • Assists instructional designers with the creation of Spanish translation of content. This includes Spanish voice-overs, closed captioning and creation of course transcripts.  
  • Ability to work responsibly, with or without direct supervision, both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Additional duties as assigned.  


Position Requirements:

  • Must possess, at a minimum, an Associate degree. 
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) is required
  • Experience in E-Learning / Learning Management industry with Relias and Workday platform experience preferred.
  • Two (2) years of Customer Service in-person or virtual Help Desk experience.
  • Ability to work in an organized manner, multitask and manage time efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Additional Information 
This full-time, exempt position can be remote or based at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, California.
