About the Opportunity

The Sr. HRIS Payroll Analyst will support the design and maintenance of the company’s Payroll module within our Workday environment.

Other Duties 
    Provide deep technical expertise to troubleshoot and configure all Payroll related components within Workday.
    Proven understanding of Payroll related tax, wage, and regulatory compliance rules and laws.
    Partner with Payroll and other functional teams to analyze business needs and enable the processes required to meet those needs. 
    Develop custom reports and integrations to meet the requirements of company management and staff.
    Perform internal audit processes to ensure data integrity.
    Provide timely metrics, trends, turnover reports, data analysis, and graphical representation to management as required utilizing HRIS, Excel, and other applications to manipulate, analyze, and logically present data to end users.
    Demonstrate understanding of business process (BP) configuration, integration management, and security configurations within our Workday environment.

Qualifications 

    Must have experience leading payroll configuration and be able to drive development efforts using Workday. 
    Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Human Resources Field (including Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training).
    A highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can work independently, but who also functions as a team member.
    Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently, meet deadlines and escalate appropriately to management.
    Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical constituents.
    Proven success working under minimal supervision – this is a highly independent role.
    Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
