Human Resource (“HR”) Data Analyst

Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated and detail-orientated HR Data Analyst to support the Human Resources Department.

About the Opportunity

The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for providing HR analytics and ensuring continuous improvement and delivery of HR reporting using Workday. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Lead HR data integrity projects and initiatives
  • Design, formulate, test and create reports via Workday report writing tool
  • Provides regular reporting to HR leaders as requested
  • Performs HRIS data extraction and delivers dynamic reporting analysis
  • Responsible for data integrity, data auditing, HCM reporting, tracking and researching
  • Performs testing for Workday System upgrades
  • Performs historical and real time data analysis to support business forecasting
  • Partners with HRIS Team for user-acceptance testing, audits and other inter-departmental initiatives
  • Perform historical and real time data analysis to support business forecasting 

Qualified Candidates must have:

  • Workday experience required 
  • People Analytics Specialty Certification a plus
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical and complex concepts into practical, meaningful HR and business actions
  • Strong ability to handle multiple priorities, including project management skills 
  • Experience applying HR-related metrics, including but not limited to turnover, retention, and labor details
