We are looking for an early career contracts professional. Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years working in contracts & a Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field. Additional experience may be a substitute for education. We are happy to train-up the right candidate to fit our needs!

As a Contract Administrator, you will be a great multi-tasker who is organized and able to excel in a fast paced environment, you will be responsible for a variety of complex contract requests from various clients, internal Service Center and other client-affiliated business ventures. This is a high volume position and a place where teamwork is highly valued!

Responsibilities
• Process, analyze, review, and negotiate a high volume of contract requests.
• Liaise with the Contracts, Legal and Compliance team regarding basic contractual rights, obligations and compliance issues to ensure understanding of and adherence to contact details and standards.
• Ensure appropriate internal contract processes and procedures are followed.
• Responsible for determining appropriate contracts based on a request and determining next steps in the review process.
• Prepare amendments, addendum's and contract extension documents.
• Process requests for termination of contracts and prepare termination letters.
• Work closely with outside counsel to ensure agreements are in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations
• Participate in meetings with real estate acquisition contract preparation which includes weekly telephone meetings, working with GPO to arrange contracts and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Monitor and maintain the contract management software and database information such as vendor data entry, setting reminders, running reports and keeping facility information up to date.

Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of relevant experience redlining and reviewing contracts, contract administration or related work experience. Paralegal, Certificate of Contracts Management or relevant professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department setting, a plus.
• Demonstrated problem – solving skills.
• Uses discretion with confidential information.
• Computer skill requirements include: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and easily adaptable to other in-house software applications.
